Since 2003, Mr. Weinstein has been the lead attorney at the Weinstein Group, P.C., a focused firm maintaining a practice in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Vermont.

Mr. Weinstein concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation, with a specific emphasis on contractual, partnership, employment, and asset recovery matters. Jennifer H. Weinstein’s main practice areas include civil appeals, commercial litigation, and family/domestic law--with a concentration in Special Education matters. Her experience includes work in the areas of fraud, contractual disputes, employment law, environmental law, and seeking relief from abuse orders.  

Prior to joining the firm, as an appellate staff attorney, Ms. Weinstein drafted numerous decisions in the areas of criminal, civil, and administrative law that were proposed to the bench of the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department.  

Currently, Ms. Weinstein is the managing director of the office in Manchester, Vermont.

Melissa A. Cavaliere joined The Weinstein Group P.C. in 2007.  Ms. Cavaliere is a civil litigator who has experience in a vast array of civil practice areas, including but not limited: commercial litigation, contract law, collections, and landlord/tenant matters. Prior to Ms. Cavaliere’s association with The Weinstein Group, she gained experience working as a clerk at various law firms on Long Island primarily in the area of personal injury law. Additionally, Ms Cavaliere has had extensive dealings in the entertainment industry working for Jellybean Benitez in his music publishing department.  While in law school, she was specially selected to work at Hofstra University’s prestigious legal clinic.  In Ms. Cavaliere’s spare time she co-owns a theater group that raises charitable funds through the productions of performances throughout New York.

Jaclyn Ruggirello joined The Weinstein Group, P.C. in 2013 as a legal assistant and soon after completing Long Island University’s ABA Approved Paralegal Studies Certificate Program in 2014, moved on to the role of Paralegal. While Ms. Ruggirello attends Hofstra University School of Law, she continues to provide legal assistance to the firm’s attorneys in all phases of corporate and commercial litigation by drafting pleadings, effectuating discovery, and preparing trial documents in New York, Vermont, Florida, and New Jersey.

Jennifer Rankin joined The Weinstein Group, P.C. in May 2015 as a legal assistant.  Currently, Ms. Rankin attends Brooklyn Law School and continues to assist the firm’s attorneys primarily in the practice areas of debt collection and asset recovery. Ms. Rankin is a valuable member of the support team that helps to effectuate discovery requests, maintain office communications between clients and courts, drafts pleadings, and prepares trial documents. Upon graduation, Ms. Rankin looks forward to becoming an active member of the New York bar.

Michele DiPietro joined The Weinstein Group, P.C. in 2017 as a Paralegal and currently assists the firm's attorneys with all litigation matters in New York, Vermont and Federal jurisdictions. Prior to her association with The Weinstein Group, Ms. DiPietro gained experience working as a Paralegal at a highly active, Long Island based Personal Injury law firm where she assisted with all aspects of complex medical malpractice litigation from inception of the lawsuit through trial.
